Stefanie Ratjen is an experienced legal advocate and union representative, currently serving as a Staff Representative for the BC General Employees' Union since June 2019, focusing on individual and policy grievances related to various workplace issues. Previous roles include Legal Advocate at the Community Legal Assistance Society, Associate at Young Anderson Barristers and Solicitors where representation of local governments was emphasized, and Litigator & Group Leader at Community Legal Aid of Windsor.
