Val Jefferies

Val Jefferies is an experienced Project Manager currently leading employability and skills projects at BCHA, with a focus on project design, implementation, and quality delivery. Previously, Val held multiple managerial positions at BCP Council, including Curriculum Manager for Vocational Skills and Team Manager for Early Help, while also serving as an Employment Engagement Officer and Learning Centre Manager at BCHA. Val has extensive experience in quality assurance and service development from roles at Tomorrow's People, Bournemouth & Poole College, and Tribal Group. Educational qualifications include Level 5 Leadership and Management and a degree in Coaching and Mentoring, along with various certifications in project management and IT.
