Danyelle Granger

Danyelle Granger currently serves as an HR Advisor at Indiana University Health, having joined in June 2025. Prior to this role, Danyelle held the position of Senior Manager of Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Talent Programs at AGCO Corporation from April 2023 to October 2024. Danyelle's extensive experience in diversity and inclusion began at Berry Global, Inc. as Director of Global Diversity & Inclusion from November 2021 to October 2022, and continued at Old National Bank from January 2006 to November 2021, where Danyelle advanced through various leadership roles, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer. Responsibilities included leading corporate diversity strategies, managing talent development programs, and engaging with community partners. Danyelle's career began as Homeownership Coordinator at the Community Action Program of Evansville. Educationally, Danyelle holds a BA in Business Management from Ball State University and a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern Indiana.
