Jody Becker

Jody Becker has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 1997, Jody worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Systems, Inc., where they managed sales, distribution, and national accounts across multiple states. They consistently grew revenue and eventually became the top revenue-producing territory for the company.

From 2001 to 2005, Jody joined SPX Dock Products / TKO Door Division and held roles as Director of Sales & Marketing and later as General Manager & Director of Sales and Marketing. In these positions, they were responsible for increasing revenue and EBITA by implementing targeted sales and marketing processes and pioneering new high gross margin products.

In 2005, Jody was recruited as the Vice President of Business Development at Williams Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. They successfully transformed the business by developing and implementing a strategy that expanded the focus from new construction to residential and commercial service and replacement.

From 2008 to 2012, Jody co-founded and consulted for Holy Spirits, LLC, an entrepreneurial start-up food products, beverage, and fundraising company. They led the start-up, secured capital investment, established supplier and distribution agreements, and developed the marketing model and processes.

In 2012, Jody joined Jefferson Electric as the National Accounts Sales Manager and later became the Director - National Accounts. They played a crucial role in restructuring the company and aligning it with channels to market. They significantly grew the company's OEM sales, increased profit margins on key accounts, and diversified the sales channel in new vertical markets.

Most recently, in 2018, Jody joined Dutchland Plastics LLC as the Vice President - Sales & Marketing. They were part of the Executive Leadership Team and responsible for developing and executing strategies to transform the company. They restructured the department, hired and mentored a team, and oversaw multiple customer accounts, contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Currently, Jody holds the position of Director of Sales & Business Development at BCI Burke Company since December 2020.

Jody Becker attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 1990 to 1995, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
