Charles Kalupa

Charles Kalupa has an extensive work experience history. Charles has served as the Chief Executive Officer at HopTech Robotics (HTR) since March 2023. Prior to this role, they were the President (Integrator) at BCI Solutions, Inc. (BCIS) starting in April 2018. Starting in 2018, Charles also held the position of Vice President Operations at Bremen Castings, Inc. BCI Defense until June 2020. Before that, they worked as the General Manager at AAM - Formerly Grede Holdings LLC from February 2010 to October 2017. Charles also held the role of Vice President at Grede Foundries, Inc. from 1999 to 2010 and at Lawran Foundry Company from 1980 to 1999. Additionally, they worked as a Territory Manager at A.P. Green Refractories from 1985 to 1987.

Charles Kalupa completed their education at Cardinal Stritch University. Charles earned an Associate of Science degree in Business in 1998, followed by a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems in 2000. Charles further pursued their studies and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management in 2003.
