Dave McGowan

Dave McGowan worked as the Vice President of Strategic Asset Allocation at BCI from August 2017 to present. Before that, they worked at Willis Towers Watson as a Senior Consulting Actuary from March 2001 to July 2017.

Dave McGowan attended The University of British Columbia from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a degree in Science with a major in Physics. In addition to their degree, they have earned several certifications, including the CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute in 2013, and Fellowships from the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries in 2007.
