Minaz Jiwa

Minaz Jiwa is an accomplished data and analytics leader with extensive experience in driving data strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Data and Analytics at BCI, Minaz oversees a team of over 20 professionals and focuses on delivering data products and governance solutions. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager at Aritzia, where Minaz led the development of analytics platforms, and Senior Manager at WorkSafeBC, where significant advancements in data architecture and agile practices were achieved. Minaz also brings a strong foundation in business intelligence and analytics from earlier positions, contributing to improved productivity and data governance. With a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Minaz is skilled in project management and advanced data engineering techniques.
