E'Niya R.

E'niya R. is a skilled wellness coordinator currently employed at Benefit Communication Insourcing since October 2025. Previously, E'niya served as a senior training coordinator at Millcreek of Magee Treatment Center, where responsibilities included designing and delivering onboarding and compliance training for over 600 staff members and creating enterprise-wide training trackers that enhanced efficiency and audit readiness. Throughout E'niya's career, experience in human resources has been developed in various roles, such as human resource coordinator, human resources assistant, and behavioral health associate. E'niya also held positions as a people lead at Walmart and a community support specialist at Region 8 Mental Health. E'niya holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Alcorn State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Management at Western Governors University, expected to graduate in 2026.
