Rachel Griffith has over 10 years of professional experience. Rachel started their career in 2007 as a Program Coordinator for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. In 2008, they joined PlattForm as an Account Executive, Executive Assistant to the CEO & Travel Coordinator, Sr Executive Assistant to the CEO & Travel Coordinator, and Executive Administrative Manager. In 2014, they moved to Benefit Communication Insourcing as a Culture and Employee Engagement Manager, where they served as the Culture Branding Leader, developed and delivered programming to enhance employee engagement, and created tools that supported further employee development while emphasizing efficiency and compliance to company culture and policies.

Rachel Griffith attended Missouri Western State University from 1999 to 2002, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Highland Community College from 1995 to 1997, where they earned their Associates of Applied Science.
