Jennifer May

Jennifer May has over 15 years of experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Advisor in People Development at BCLC since July 2007. In this role, Jennifer designs and delivers strategic learning solutions utilizing various methods to enhance employee learning and conducts needs assessments to align learning initiatives with organizational strategies. Prior to this position, Jennifer worked as a Talent Management Advisor, focusing on building e-learning capabilities and delivering training on BCLC’s technology. Earlier in her career at BCLC, Jennifer served as a Recruitment Coordinator, gaining valuable recruitment experience. Jennifer's professional background also includes a role as an Inflight Coordinator at Air Canada. Academically, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of British Columbia and an Instructor Development Certificate from the Justice Institute.
