Maggie Gallagher

Maggie Gallagher has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Maggie worked as an Account Manager at BCM Advanced Research starting in 2020. Prior to that, they were the owner and a certified independent travel agent specializing in European vacations and river cruises at Gallagher Travel Pros since 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they also served as a Sr. Inside Sales Representative at Shur-Lok Co., where they collaborated with internal teams and handled order management, pricing, and problem resolution. Maggie's previous role as an Office Manager at Western Automation Inc. involved liaising between outside sales teams, distributors, and manufacturers, handling leads, quotes, and training distributors. Finally, they spent a significant part of their career at TOSHIBA AMERICA/TSD, where they were a Customer Service Supervisor responsible for managing the Repair/Return Department and the Extended Warranty Program, achieving customer satisfaction by reducing repair time.

Maggie Gallagher obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Miami University from 1980 to 1984. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in TAP (Travel Agent Professional) from the Travel Leaders Group in December 2017.
