Max Pepermans

Max Pepermans is a seasoned professional in sales and business development, currently serving as a Partner Account Manager for System Integrators at Schneider Electric since November 2025. Prior to this role, Max held the position of Sales & Business Development Manager at CoolAutomation from May 2023 to November 2025, where responsibilities included regional sales strategy for Integration EMEA. Experience also includes a role as Customer Success Representative for BeLux and Eastern Europe at Nutanix from December 2020 to May 2023 and earlier as an Associate Sales Development Representative. Max’s career began with a graduation project at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) and a student internship at CoolAutomation in late 2018. Max obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool between 2017 and 2020, following earlier education at Sint Michielscollege Brasschaat from 2013 to 2016.
