Ruben Navarrete

Ruben Navarrete is an experienced NOC Manager at BCM One since February 2020, responsible for overseeing troubleshooting processes, enhancing work efficiency, and fostering teamwork among tier 1 and tier 2 agents. Ruben's career in telecommunications began as an Ingeniero en Telecomunicaciones at INTELFON, from January 2014 to July 2017, where responsibilities included managing and maintaining operational microwave networks and troubleshooting issues. Ruben holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad 'Francisco Gavidia', completed between 2003 and 2009.
