Kelvin Kretschmann

Kelvin Kretschmann has extensive experience in property valuation, currently serving as a Candidate Valuer at BCM since October 2007, focusing on valuations for rating purposes and market values for land administration across various property types. Prior to this role, Kelvin worked at Bhisho in the Department of Housing and Local Government from October 1990 to September 2007, where valuations for rating purposes were also a key responsibility. Kelvin completed education at Cambridge High School.
