Felipe Oliva Lazzerini

Felipe Oliva Lazzerini has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Felipe is the Founder and CEO of BCN School, a leading training organization and LinkedIn Learning Official Partner. Felipe has trained over 3 million executives and provided SaaS training technology solutions to large companies in LATAM, USA, and Europe. Felipe also served as the Director of the Transversal Competencies Program Up_Grade at Entel, where they designed and implemented a successful training program for company executives. Felipe has also worked as a Senior Consultant at LATAM Airlines Group and as an Audit Consultant at Crowe Horwath International.

Felipe Oliva Lazzerini's education history includes various degrees and certifications obtained from different institutions. In 2009, they attended the Universitat de Barcelona and received an MBA - Master in Business Administration, graduating in 2011. Felipe then pursued further education and in 2019, obtained a certification in Design Thinking Applied in Learning from the same university. In 2012, Felipe attended the Escuela de Negocios y Dirección de la UEMC in Madrid, Spain, where they became an Expert in Marketing and Commercial Management.

In 2017, Felipe studied Lean Enterprise at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, an MIT program. Following this, in 2020, they completed the Certified in Digital Business Strategy: Harnessing Our Digital Future program at MIT Sloan Executive Education. Felipe later went on to attend Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2020 and earned a certification in Strategic Innovation.

In 2022, Felipe Lazzerini enrolled in Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Felipe obtained a Consultative Selling Certification: Tools for Success. Additionally, in their earlier education, Felipe graduated with a degree in Industrial Psychology with Academic Distinction from the Universidad Central (CL) in 2006.
