Michael Araneda Cartes

Michael Araneda Cartes is an experienced full stack developer with a strong background in web technologies and database management. Currently employed at BCN School since November 2021, Michael focuses on developing functionalities and implementing campus solutions using Moodle LMS, PHP, Javascript, Jquery, and Bootstrap, along with managing databases in MySQL and PostgreSQL. Previously, Michael worked at Ziemax Ediciones from July 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining internal system functionalities using agile SCRUM methodologies. Earlier career roles include managing the IT area at Fundación Para la Superación de La Pobreza, serving as a systems programming analyst at WeLinux, and providing help desk analysis at Sonda and Quintec S.A. Michael holds a degree in system programming analysis from Duoc UC, earned between 2013 and 2015.
