Tom Boggs

Tom Boggs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery management across various telecommunications roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Service Delivery at BCN since March 2024, Tom previously held the position of Director of Service Delivery for UCaaS at Windstream from March 2009 to November 2023, overseeing a national implementation team with an annual budget of $80 million and 70 employees. Prior to Windstream, Tom was the Director of Operations at Inter-Tel Technologies Inc, managing a $20 million Northeast region with 40 employees. Tom's career began at Expanets / American Communication Systems, where as Installation/Services Manager, annual revenues reached $40 million through effective management of installations in the NJ/PA/DE region and process improvements for future operations.
