Beth Austin (Lindsay Beth Hinson) has been working in the professional field since 2010. Beth began their career at Kirkland's Home as a Second Assistant Manager and then a Third Assistant Manager from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they joined BCR, Inc. as a Lead Contracts Administrator, preparing, reviewing, administering, and tracking service contract proposals and renewals. Beth also explained service terms to customers and answered questions about contracts. Austin then moved on to become an Organic Products Manager, managing Regulatory requirements for all Hauling biosolids and Land Application management of Class AA, Class B and Composted Biosolids material. Following that, they took on the role of EH&S and Regulatory Affairs Manager, incorporating OSHA standards and safety trainings. Austin then served as a Configuration Control Administrator, developing a standard organizational document tracking process for all controlled and non controlled documentation. Her last role at BCR, Inc. was Business Manager, working with and helping the team with administration support and documentation.
Lindsay Beth Hinson (Beth Austin) completed their Associate of Science in Interior Design from the Florida State College of Jacksonville in 2009, after attending Orange Park High from 2001 to 2005. Beth also holds certifications in Osha 10-Hour Construction Safety and Health and OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Safety.
