James Palmadesso

James Palmadesso has over 20 years of experience in sales and management roles in the personal care and cosmetic industry. James is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales at BCR | Bio Component Research since September 2022. Before that, they worked at 3V USA for 9 years as a Business Unit Manager in the personal care division, focusing on sales growth and new business opportunities. Prior to that, they were a Senior Account Manager at Sensient Cosmetic Technologies for 8 years. James started their career as a Technical Salesman at RITA Corporation in 1999 and later moved to RITA Corporation as a Technical Salesman until 2003.

James Palmadesso earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Stockton University, attending from 1987 to 1991. Following this, they pursued further education at Montclair State University from 1993 to 1995 and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Teaching.
