Chad Chaffin

Chad Chaffin, RPLU, serves as the Head of P&C Underwriting at BCS Financial Corporation since January 2024, bringing extensive experience in the insurance sector. Previous roles include Sr. Director of Risk at kWh Analytics and Vice President of Risk and Reinsurance at EFG Companies. Chad has a solid background in managing various insurance programs, including developing an innovative cyber and privacy liability product. Additionally, Chad held the position of Vice President on the Board of Trustees for the Lisle-Woodridge Fire District, overseeing governance and financial responsibilities. Chad's career includes significant underwriting roles at Beazley, Chubb, and AIG, alongside military service as a Sonar Technician in the US Navy. Chad holds a Bachelor's of Science in Finance and Insurance from Illinois State University.
