Wendell Ferguson

In his role of Vice President, Information Technology, Wendell provides strategic and operational leadership, along with direction in the development, implementation, and maintenance of information technology and system functions. Wendell has more than 25 years of extensive experience in the technology industry. Most recently, Wendell was the Director of IT at Blue Shield of California (BSCA), where he lead their data, development, infrastructure, and other IT teams for 10 years, and Assistant Vice President at CareFirst Business Systems of CA, a Medicaid carrier acquired by BSCA. Wendell holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from California State University-Hayward, a master’s degree in Divinity from Berkeley School of Theology, and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
