Johnnaise Julag-ay has a diverse work experience in the field of IT service management and support. Johnnaise started their career in 2006 as a L2 Technical Support Representative at Dell Services and then worked as a Data Analyst at Transcom until 2010. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Service Desk Specialist at Stream Global Services, providing technical support to end-users.

In 2013, Johnnaise joined Convergys as a Supervisor in IT Service Management, where they managed the Knowledge Management Team and ensured that knowledgebase documents were updated to improve efficiency and productivity. Johnnaise also managed the Project Profile Sharepoint and Project Profile documents for the Incident Management team.

In 2019, they worked as an IT Service Desk Support Team Lead at DSV Panalpina, where they supported key workers and maintained resource planning. Currently, they are working as an Information Technology Service Desk Team Lead at BCS Technology International Pty Ltd, where they manage the IT Service Desk Team and provides guidance and assistance to analysts in resolving IT issues. Johnnaise also handles inbound and outbound calls.

Johnnaise Julag-ay's education history includes completing a degree in Computer Engineering from Adamson University, from 1998 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Bernardo College from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued Basic Education at the high school level. Johnnaise'selementary education was completed at Talon Elementary School, from 1987 to 1994.

In addition, Johnnaise Julag-ay has obtained several certifications. Johnnaise obtained the "EF SET Certificate" from EF Education First in March 2021. In March 2020, they earned the "IT Service Desk: Service Management" certification from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they obtained the "ITIL 2011 Foundation Certification" from APMG-International in December 2013.
