Alan Steer is a FORM 4 holder and General Manager Base Maintenance at BCT Aviation Maintenance. Alan also holds the title of STATION MANAGER EAST MIDLANDS AIRPORT at the same company. With previous experience at Thomas Cook Group plc and Thomas Cook Aircraft Engineering Limited, Alan has extensive experience in aircraft maintenance and management. Alan began their career as a licensed aircraft engineer at Dan Air and has held various roles in the industry since then. Throughout their career, Alan has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and management skills in ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering high-quality maintenance services.
