Elena Ciaravino

Elena Ciaravino has been working in the field since 2008. Elena started their career at Imagine! as a Direct Support Professional and then moved up to become an Adult Services Coordinator, Catalog Coordinator (evening and weekend programs), and Children's Services Coordinator. In 2011, they moved to Tokyo, Japan to work as a Teacher for English Pocket. In 2014, they returned to Imagine! as a Program Manager and Assistant Manager. In 2021, they joined BCT Partners as a Program Manager Region 8 ACF/OHS/HHS.

Elena Ciaravino has a diverse educational background. Elena began their studies at Front Range Community College, where they earned an Associate of Arts - AA degree. Elena then attended Portland State University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree. Elena is currently attending the University of Colorado Boulder, where they are pursuing a Master of Science - MS in Organizational Leadership.
