Jadon Rudolph

Jadon Rudolph has worked in various roles since 1989. From 1989 to 1999, they worked as a Coordinator/Official for the Catholic Youth Organization. In this role, they coordinated, officiated, and scheduled basketball games for boys and girls ages 11-14 for 4 months a year on weekends. From 1999 to 2009, they worked as an Administrative/Office Manager for Kirkland Builders Group. In this role, they were in charge of administrative, office/project management, customer service and purchasing for this residential and commercial building company. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as an Administrative Assistant/Property Manager for the Consulate General of Canada in Seattle. In this role, they provided accounting and financial services to the Consulate office in Seattle and planned and administered property and material services related to the maintenance and upkeep of several staff residences. From 2012 to 2018, they worked as an Administrative Specialist Contractor for Catapult Consultants. In this role, they prepared and maintained travel documentation for Program Specialists, Regional Program Manager and Contractors for the Office of Head Start. Since 2018, they have been working as a Project Manager for BCT Partners. In this role, they provide strong supervisory and leadership qualities, interpersonal communication, organizational and multitasking skills to eight (8) Head Start Regional support contracting staff in Seattle, WA. Jadon's day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to: administrative management functions including information technology, human resources, emergency preparedness/floor warden duties, acquisition management, budget formulation and the execution thereof.

Jadon Rudolph received their High School Diploma from Bellarmine Preparatory High School in 1992. Jadon then attended Bellevue College, where they obtained an Associates degree. Jadon continued their education at the University of Washington, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Jadon'story & Business in 1999.
