Ryan Caldwell

Ryan Caldwell has been working in the hospitality industry since 2002. Ryan began their career at Plamondon Hospitality Partners as an Operations Manager in 2002. In 2004, they moved to Hersha Hospitality as a General Manager. Ryan then joined Marriott International in 2006, where they held various General Manager roles until 2020. In 2020, they became the Director of Hotel Operations and Opening General Manager SpringHill Suites at Cohenterprises, Inc. Currently, they are a Business Analyst at BCT Partners.

Ryan Caldwell attended Frederick Community College from 1998 to 2001, earning an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies. Ryan then attended Towson University from 2001 to 2003, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electronic Media and Film.
