Shalawn Hilliard

Shalawn Hilliard has worked in the professional world for over 15 years. Shalawn began their career in 2005 as a Senior Financial Analyst (CFM) at Accenture. In 2011, they moved to BCT Partners as the Director of Administration, a role they still hold today.

Shalawn Hilliard has a long history of education. Shalawn began their studies at Union College - NJ in 1994, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) in Business Administration and Management, General in 1997. Shalawn then attended Rutgers University - Newark and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General in 1999. In 2015, they completed a Certificate in HR Functional Excellence Program from Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR).
