Currently serving as President & CEO of Potomac Bankshares, Inc. and Bank of Charles Town since June 2017, Alice has a track record of transformative operational management. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at Cardinal Financial Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed retail banking, marketing, and strategic planning, and SVP Area Executive at BB&T, leading a team of commercial bankers and financial product experts. Alice also served as Executive Vice President and COO at Middleburg Bank, overseeing day-to-day operations, and held accounting positions at YHB and EY. Alice earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Radford University and completed the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
