Bryon Smedley

Bryon Smedley is an accomplished Trainer and Developer with extensive experience in delivering technical training for a wide array of Microsoft Office applications, as well as tools like Visual Basic, Crystal Reports, QlikView, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and more. Currently employed at BCTI since March 2016, Bryon has also worked as a Technical Trainer and Analyst in various organizations, including Technical Training Consultant and Alpha Natural Resources, where Bryon focused on training and process automation. Previous roles include course development for Novell and instructional support at Bailey Computing Technology, Inc. Bryon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer and Information Sciences from East Tennessee State University, along with an Associate's degree from Northeast State Community College.
