Elisa Dell’Ambrogio

Elisa Dell’Ambrogio is an experienced library and information professional currently serving as Responsable Coordination Renouvaud at BCU Lausanne since September 2016, with responsibilities in managing the information service at HEP Vaud. Previous roles include Bibliothécaire-système and Bibliothécaire-documentaliste. Elisa has a solid background in accounting and web management from past work at Pastificio G.M. Sagl, where Elisa handled billing and website development. Additional experience includes auxiliary librarian roles at Infothèque, HEG Genève, and a teaching assistant position in information research. Elisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Documentation from Haute école de gestion Genève and a Bachelor in Italian Language and Literature and Medieval French from the University of Lausanne, complemented by a linguistic Maturité from Liceo cantonale di Locarno.
