Anjoli Walker, MA, CDP, is a skilled corporate strategist and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) professional with extensive experience in the financial services and mental health sectors. They served as a Clinical Therapist at Warren Township Youth & Family Counseling from 2010 to 2015, providing therapeutic services and community workshops. Anjoli's role at BCU from 2015 includes positions such as Sr. Business Partner for DEI and Talent Management Program Lead, where they significantly contributed to the organization's DEI initiatives, employee development programs, and the establishment of the Inclusion Network. Anjoli holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University.
