Deborah Heater Esq. has a strong background in human resources, organizational development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. With experience in various organizations such as UC Health, Strategic Performance Systems, LLC, and Cincinnati Public Schools, Deborah has a proven track record of implementing programs and services that promote diversity and inclusion, as well as overseeing human resource matters. Deborah holds a law degree from Northern Kentucky University and a bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Cincinnati.
