Sharon Chia Claros

Sharon Chia Claros has a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) Candidate in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Southern California. They have held various roles in different institutions like Loyola University Chicago, UCLA, Michigan State University, Pomona College, and currently at Rolling Hills Preparatory, Renaissance, and REACH Schools. They have been involved in creating and leading initiatives focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice education, providing support resources for students, faculty, and staff of all sexual orientations and genders. Claros has a strong background in supervision, training, and program development to create safe and inclusive environments in educational institutions.
