Donna Pancoast

Donna Pancoast is a compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Compliance at BCU since September 2021, Donna has previously held roles including Compliance Manager at BCU and Manager of Compliance Services at CrossState Credit Union Association from January 2020 to September 2021. From April 2009 to January 2020, Donna worked as Shared Compliance Manager for the New Jersey Credit Union League. Donna holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Holy Family University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
