Ezekiel Hellenbrand

Ezekiel (Zeke) Hellenbrand currently serves as Sr. Director of Retail Branch Operations at BCU, where strategic direction is provided for capacity planning, operational excellence, and member experience. Ezekiel has held various leadership roles, including Director of Retail Branch Operations and Senior Manager of Contact Center Operations, focusing on service delivery and long-term strategy. Prior to BCU, Ezekiel worked at Cole-Parmer as Senior Manager of Contact Center Service Delivery and Customer Care Manager, and at Thermo Fisher Scientific in various technical support roles. Ezekiel holds a BS in Physics from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
