Hyunsuk April Ann has a diverse background in the beauty industry, with experience in education strategy, sales management, and consulting. Hyunsuk April began their career at AMOREPACIFIC as a sales area manager, where they developed sales strategies and managed retail shops. Hyunsuk April then moved into education roles at CSIM/AIM/EMI/IGREEN and Innisfree, where they organized training seminars, produced training materials, and managed education web-based IT solutions. After that, they joined THE WEINA Cosmetics Shanghai as the Education Strategy Team Lead, where they led a team and designed training materials for a sales network. Currently, they are working as a Co-Founder at BCW Group, a strategy consulting firm specializing in digital payments and digital assets. In this role, they design payments solutions, digital business models, and works with fintech partners to bring new digital services to market.
