With a robust background in managing payroll for a diverse range of clients, including local and global BPOs, Natalie possesses extensive expertise in payroll processing, compliance with tax authorities, data management, and providing legislative guidance. Additional responsibilities have included health and safety representation, first aid coordination, and reporting for payroll-related statistics.
