Ntsako Masangu

Ntsako Masangu is an experienced IT security professional with a strong background in network engineering and security analysis. Currently serving as a 2nd Line IT Security Network Engineer at Business Connexion since August 2016, Ntsako manages antivirus solutions from vendors such as McAfee, Symantec, and Trend Micro, and oversees the deployment of security software across a vast network of over 8,860 computer clients and 770 servers for South32. Prior experience includes working as a SOC Analyst at Gsoc from September 2011 to August 2016, where Ntsako monitored and maintained internal and external computer systems, resolved software issues, and conducted incident analysis. Ntsako holds a National Diploma in Internet Engineering from Rosebank College and additional certifications from Torque IT.
