Sarah Lethale

Sarah Lethale is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at BCX since September 2015, Sarah focuses on streamlining HR functions, enhancing workforce retention, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Prior to BCX, Sarah worked at Absa from April 2009 to August 2015, where responsibilities included designing induction programs and facilitating employee engagement initiatives. Sarah also held roles at Nestle S.A. as a Human Resource Manager and Business Partner from May 2004 to April 2009, and at Cadbury Schweppes as a Human Resource Officer from January 2001 to April 2004. An educational background in Human Resources Management includes a Bachelor of Technology degree from Technikon Witwatersrand.
