Paul Van Dam

Paul Van Dam is the current Country Manager for Netherlands at Business & Decision. Paul has over 8 years of experience in managing digital services and teams.

Prior to their current role, Paul was the Managing Director for Ordina Digital Services where they focused on keeping online presence of our customers relevant, driving growth, continuity and performance for web apps. Paul was also responsible for founding and leading Ordina Digital Services.

Before their time at Ordina, Paul took a year off to travel the world with their family.

Paul has a wealth of experience in business development, portfolio management, creating new propositions, and management of strategic partnerships. Paul is an expert in Mendix, Bloomreach, and Drupal.

Paul Van Dam has a Master of Science in Public Administration - European Governance from Leiden University, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Political Science and Government from UC San Diego, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Public Administration from Leiden University. Paul also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Paul'story from Leiden University.

They work with Pierre Dauffenbach - Country Manager, Luxembourg, Gerrit Denayer - Regional Marketing Director, and Emmanuel Steels - CFO. Paul Van Dam reports to Patrick Bensabat, Founder.
