Jennifer Getchell

Jennifer Getchell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global supply chain management, merchandising, and product development. Currently serving as Divisional Vice President of Global Supply Chain at BDA, LLC, Jennifer oversees multiple functions including merchandising, design, and vendor management for a $450M agency. Previously, as a Product Strategy Consultant at GetCHange Merchandising Strategy, Jennifer focused on promoting innovative changes. Jennifer's significant roles at Macy's included leading product and design teams, implementing process changes that resulted in double-digit growth, and transforming sourcing strategies to enhance margins. At Avon, Jennifer developed a global merchandising strategy and improved brand consistency across markets. Early in the career, Jennifer held executive positions at Frederick Goldman, Paris Accessories, Inc., and LIZ CLAIBORNE INC., contributing to product development and merchandising excellence.
