Jessica Miller

Jessica Miller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations and retail management. Currently serving as Sales Operations Manager and previously as Sales Operations Supervisor at BDA, Inc. since June 2013, Jessica leads and motivates teams to achieve sales targets while overseeing order accuracy and entry. Prior experience includes working as a Production Support Associate, where responsibilities encompassed managing sales orders, vendor communications, and project milestones. Earlier in their career, Jessica was an Assistant Manager at Deb Shops, Inc., where support of the Store Manager contributed to driving sales and maintaining a results-driven culture. Jessica holds an Associate's degree as a Medical Insurance Specialist/Medical Biller from Ameritech College of Healthcare and graduated from Waterford Mott High School in 2004.
