Paul Flynn

Paul Flynn has a diverse work experience in the financial sector. Paul began their career as an SVP at BayBank in 1986 and stayed with the company until 1997. Paul then worked as a Director at BankBoston from 1997 to 1999. Following that, they joined TD Bank as an SVP in the ABL department, where they remained until 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they served as the SVP - Regional Executive & ABL Manager at Berkshire Bank. Since 2013, they have been associated with BDC Capital, initially as the EVP, then as the COO, and currently as both the President and CEO.

Paul Flynn completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Fairfield University from 1982 to 1986. Following this, they went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, where they studied from 1987 to 1991.
