Maria Filina

Maria Filina has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Maria started their career as an Administrative Manager at Improve Group :: Improve Digital, Improve Intelligence in 2015. Maria then worked as a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager at InfoWings from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, they worked as a Freelance Recruiter before joining Igloo as a Talent Acquisition Manager. At Igloo, they also served as a Human Resources Generalist, handling various responsibilities such as HR strategy, policies, process building, and automation. Maria contributed to company restructuring and optimized hiring and onboarding processes. In 2022, they moved to SPVCapital as a Human Resources Generalist, where they automated onboarding and time-off processes and supported company restructuring. Currently, they work at Bithold as a Human Resources Generalist, where they launched key HR processes and built a performance review and satisfaction evaluation system. In 2023, they will start working as a Human Resources Team Lead at BDC Consulting.

Maria Filina attended Saint Petersburg State University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering. Additionally, they obtained certifications in HR Analytics from Yandex Practicum, Gamification from the University of Pennsylvania through Coursera, and Meeting Facilitation Skills for Leaders of Diverse Teams from Udemy, all in the year 2023.
