Koray Otyam

Koray Otyam has extensive experience in project and service management, specializing in PMI methodology, with a career spanning from 1993 to the present. Currently serving as General Manager and Director of Service Solutions and Program Management at BDH - Bilisim Destek Hizmetleri since July 2016, Koray Otyam focuses on establishing trusted networks and developing efficient service solutions. Prior roles include Solutions & Projects Director and Customer Care Director at Netas, where Koray Otyam implemented strategic business planning and led project management initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. Earlier experience at Nortel Netas involved managing major projects, improving manufacturing processes, and coordinating production facilities. Koray Otyam holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
