Shruthi Ramakrishnan has over five years of professional work experience. In 2018, they worked as a Data Engineer and Data Analyst at BDIPlus. In 2017, they worked as a Programmer Analyst at Sivisoft, where they developed a web application for foreign students to visualize and compare criteria's of different colleges, extracted and cleaned data of more than 3500 universities from InternationalStudent.com, built an interactive Chabot using Dialogflow, and fast-tracked resume search process of the company by 25% by developing an application which generates daily reports of new jobs posted on Dice and Indeed websites. In 2016, they worked as a Data Analyst Intern at Air India. In 2013, they worked as an Analyst at Accenture Mumbai, where they built and maintained parts of the Customer Relationship Management module for Mobistar Octopus cellular network using PeopleSoft, handled the database using SQL, and trained a team of 7 developers during the transition period of the project.

Shruthi Ramakrishnan completed their H.S.C from R. D. National College in the years 2007-2009. Shruthi then went on to pursue their B.E in Computer Science from K.J.Somaiya College of Engineering, VidyaVihar between 2009-2013. In 2016, they earned their Master's degree in Data Science from Indiana University Bloomington. Shruthi also holds five certifications, including Business Data Analysis with Microsoft Excel from Udemy (May 2017), Introduction to Data Analysis Using Excel from Coursera Course Certificates (March 2017), Information Visualization MOOC from Indiana University Bloomington (January 2017), R Programming (May 2016) and The Data Scientist’s Toolbox (May 2016).
