Elke Verstraeten

Elke Verstraeten is an Employee Experience & Change Manager at BDO Belgium since September 2020, specializing in talent and performance management with a focus on enhancing the employee experience. Previously, Elke spent a decade at Proximus in various HR roles, including HR Project & Communications Manager, where responsibilities included improving internal communication and facilitating company-wide transformations, as well as serving as an HR Business Partner and HR Project Manager, contributing to diverse HR initiatives. Elke began a career in HR as a Management Trainee at Belgacom and completed a consultancy project at SPX while pursuing a master's thesis. Educational qualifications include studies at Antwerpen Management School and Ghent University, along with a year at the University of Geneva, culminating in a degree focused on Greek and Mathematics.
