Michaël Truyens

Micha Roon is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and innovation within the blockchain and software development sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects across startups, enterprises, and government by providing training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, among others. Micha has also contributed as a Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge and as a Blockchain Advisory Board member for the IIB Council. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and a course in Fintech at MIT.
