Noelia Lara Mansilla is the founder and CCO of Blecx, a company focused on putting people first. Noelia Lara is also a professor of Innovation, Customer Experience, and Product Design at ITBA Escuela de Innovación. With a background in quality management and Lean Manufacturing, Noelia Lara has extensive experience in process consulting and customer relationship management. Additionally, Noelia has a degree in Law and certifications in Customer Experience and Environmental Management.
