Clare Ellul is a subject matter expert in Customer Relationship Management at BDO Australia, where Clare has been instrumental in the implementation of a new CRM system since April 2015. With extensive experience managing bids across various roles, Clare has successfully led teams and initiatives to achieve national consistency and continuous improvement in BDO's bid frameworks. Prior to joining BDO, Clare held multiple roles at Bank of Queensland, focusing on communications and change management, as well as positions at Virgin Australia that included change and communications specialist and product specialist. Clare holds a Bachelor of Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Queensland.
